Our Story
Baked from the Heart
It all started in a tiny kitchen with a grandmother's handwritten recipe book and a dream. What began as weekend baking sessions for friends and family quickly blossomed into something bigger — a community of people who believe that the best things in life are made by hand.
Today, Sweet & Flour is Willowbrook's favorite artisan bakery, but we haven't changed a thing about how we bake. Every cake is still mixed by hand, every cookie still shaped with care, and every order still made with the same love that started it all.
We source our ingredients from local farms and suppliers, use real butter (never margarine), and never take shortcuts. Because you can taste the difference — and we think you deserve nothing less.

Head Baker & Owner
With over 15 years of baking experience and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Emma founded Sweet & Flour to bring artisan quality to everyday celebrations. Her philosophy is simple: use the best ingredients, bake with love, and never stop experimenting with flavors. When she's not in the kitchen, you'll find her at the local farmers market or teaching baking workshops for kids.
